Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is where play meets peace. Using soft fabric hammocks to support and elevate your practice, this class blends yoga, breath, and gentle movement to help you feel light, open, and completely supported -on and off the ground.

Offered in a small group series, each class builds on the last, creating a safe space to explore, connect, and grow. No experience needed-just an open heart and a willingness to let go. Expect to laugh, stretch, float, and leave feeling totally refreshed.

Hot Yoga

Mat Yoga
